Precautionary measures in patent matters in Germany, France and UK

The webinar organised by LES Italy will be focused on how preliminary injunction, description (saisie contrefacon), seizure, preliminary technical expertise work in some of the major EU jurisdictions (France and Germany) and in the UK. Protective letters will also be adressed. Some specific cases will be dealt with by the panelists and the “attitude” of their Courts toward precautionary measures and legal costs thereof will be adressed.
