This webinar is the first of three sessions of a series of webinars which will be conducted during the next few months co-hosted by the LESI Dispute Resolution Committee and the LESI European Committee.
Industry speakers and patent attorneys will focus on the strategies that need to be developed to effectively utilize the Unitary Patent (UP) and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Questions will address steps industry should take to fully prepare for the new system and may reveal some insights into how it will be used.
Sessions on UP Filing Strategies (a “deep dive”) and the new systems impact on Licensing and tech transfer are planned for later in November and December.
