Counterfeiting – LESI Consumer Products Committee

At the next LESI Consumer Products Committee Meeting on June 1 at 8AM ET, Krystian Maciaszek will discuss the situation in Poland, and more broadly in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, as regards the challenges faced by holders of intellectual property rights in the field of counterfeiting. He will present some statistical data and discuss strategies which can be adopted in order to defend intellectual property rights more effectively.
